Who we are

The Climate Collective is a broad network of people and groups working to prevent catastrophic climate change.

Our unified points include a clear anti-capitalist stance in the climate debate, supporting
real solutions to climate change and taking radical action now to confront the underlying causes of climate change.

The Klimaskolen is a small Danish Collective that wants to help develop other peoples and their own understandings of climate change, its causes impacts and solutions to it from an anti-capitalist perspective. Klimaskolen can to come to your workplace, school, and climate group etc. to do workshops with you. Their workshops are participatory- that is they use group processes and games to share and develop knowledge with each other. They have five workshops that they regularly do but they can also develop other workshops to meet specific needs beyond these.

The five workshops they regularly run are:

  1. Introduction workshop (covering the basics of Climate change, Climate Justice and COP 15.)
  2. A Climate Change workshop (engage with its effects, the underlying causes and the role of elites)
  3. A Climate Justice workshop (exploring who is affected and who is responsible for climate change)
  4. COP 15 (tracing it historically, look at what it does, how it does it and why we are protesting it in December)
  5. Strategy for action workshop (looking at what other people are doing, what we could do and how to be effective in making change)

You can contact Klimaskolen at klimaskolen@climatecollective.org
