The Climate Collective is a broad network of people and groups working to prevent catastrophic climate change.
Our unified points include a clear anti-capitalist stance in the climate debate, supporting
real solutions to climate change and taking radical action now to confront the underlying causes of climate change.

Climate Collective
The last two weeks have been long and hectic. A global movement for climate justice emerged, while the official COP failed as expected. Thousands converged on Copenhagen to take direct action and tackle climate change, while sharing experiences and discussing real solutions. We reclaimed our power back, but the struggle continues.
As of today, 19 of our brothers and sisters are still in custody. To them, their friends and families goes all our solidarity: you are not alone in there, don´t give up! If you want to support them financially or emotionally, contact [ABC] (http://www.blackcross.dk/) for donations, or ask them how to write a letter to a prisoner. It takes five minutes of your time out here, and it would make the day of one of them in there.
Climate Collective will continue its work in 2010. We all need a little break to re-energize and to assimilate all the emotions and impressions and experiences of the last weeks. Our next meeting, will be our evaluation and debriefing meeting on January 30th, 2010. Read more in the event section of the website.
The Collective would like to thank all of you that made these protests possible: the fight is not over, see you in the new year!
