The next Climate Justice Action meeting will be hosted at the annual meeting of Dutch Earth First! 27-29 August in Veghel, a small town in the South of Holland.

On the agenda will be the international day of action on the 12th of October. Via Campesinas call for 1000 Cancuns, and climate justice strategies in Europe. A detailed agenda will be send around as soon as possible. Please forward this invitation to groups who maybe interested.

Directions

• From Amsterdam: go to s'Hertogenbosch (1hr by train)
• From Belgium border: Roosendaal - s'Hertogenbosch (050hr by train)
• From Germany: Arnhem- s'Hertogenbosch (054hr by train)
• From station s'Hertogenbosch there are four buses per hour to Veghel. Buses 158, 159 and 160. The bus stops at the bus-station in Veghel and takes 45 minutes. From the bus-stop its a 10 minute walk, follow the signs from there.
• We discourage it (but promise not to sabotage your car :P) but if you want to come by car, exit 12 (Veghel-north) on the A50.

EarthFirst! Gathering

The EF! gathering will take place in the weekend of 27 till 29 august. The program will begin on Friday in the evening. Friday during the day we will be busy building the facilities, help is always welcome. Do you have any spare time? Come help us Friday morning.

To bring

Tent, sleeping bag, climbing harness, and leave you're dog at home. NO DOGS, NO MASTERS, NO NAZIS. Journalists aren't welcome either.

Groenfront Gathering 2010

This year there will also be an earth first gathering. 27-28-29 August in Veghel. This gathering is the annual meeting point for radical eco-activists from Belgium and Holland.

The gathering is interesting for experienced activists, new activists, people who are interested in alternatives basically for everyone who likes to contribute too sustaining nature and the ecosystems. We believe that by taking control in our own hands through direct action we can make a difference, more than making ourselves dependent upon policymakers or industry.

The gathering is not an all-inclusive resort but a fun and interesting meeting where everybody has to help out every now and then. Thats why we are looking for people who are willing to volunteer, the more hands the lighter the weight.

So come join us for two days of learning, discussions, meeting people, conspiring, informing, strategizing, making an campfire and getting inspired.

Program

During the gathering there will be practical (climbing, making lock-ons, etc) and theoretical (visual resistance, prison support etc) workshops. In the evening there will be music, campfire and a drink.
